ALL FIREARMS WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO A LOCAL FFL DEALER FOR TRANSFER. ALL FIREARMS HAVE A MANDATORY 72 HOLD. PLEASE CONTACT FFL ON THE MONDAY FOLLOWING AUCTION, TO ARRANGE TRANSFER/PICKUP. ANY CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH FIREARM TRANSFER IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. ANY OUT OF STATE BUYERS, FFL WILL ARRANGE TRANSFER TO A FFL DEALER IN YOUR LOCAL AREA. In order to purchase and/or pickup ammo from Adam’s Auction and Real Estate Services, Inc. you MUST be able to provide a valid FOID card for Illinois bidders, a valid Government Issue ID for out of state bidders.
**Auction Company reserves the right to demand payment by cash, cashier’s check, or bank wire from bidders not known to the auction company.**
If you are coming in person to pick up, you will need to bring your own totes, packaging and labor. ** IF ANY BUYER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ITEMS PURCHASED BY ANNOUNCED DATE & TIME, BUYER LOSES OWNERSHIP AND SELLERS TAKE BACK OWNERSHIP, WITH NO REFUND, UNLESS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE BETWEEN THE BUYER, AUCTION COMPANY AND SELLER.
**SHIPPING: We will transport items for all our out of state bidders to All In Shipping on the Wednesday following the end of auction. There they will package and ship your items. The exact shipping charges will be processed through your HiBid account. You will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.
